University Leadership Conference

Hosted by the Faculty & Staff Associations

What started in 2008 as a joint effort between the African American Faculty Staff Association (AAFSA), now known as the Black Faculty Staff Association (BFSA), and the Office of Inclusive Excellence to improve the retention and promotion for African American faculty and staff on campus, University Leadership Conference has evolved into a collaborative endeavor with the four Faculty Staff Associations, and the Office of Inclusive Excellence

The conference offers professional development to faculty and staff by discussing strategies for career advancement and sharing insights on how to navigate the unique challenges that people of color and other underrepresented groups might encounter in the workplace, the conference supports all faculty and staff who want to enhance their development of skills and professional growth opportunities.
