Concerns & Reporting:

  • Title IX File a Report
    • The University's primary concern is the safety of its campus community members. The use of alcohol or drugs never makes the victim at fault for Sexual Violence. There are several reporting methods available to victims of an incident such as reporting to the university, confidential reporting, and criminal reporting.
  • Discrimination, Harassment, and Retaliation (DHR) Complaint Form
    • Executive Order 1097 provides students a systemwide procedure to file complaints alleging violations of the California State University (CSU) systemwide policy prohibiting discrimination, harassment and retaliation against students by the CSU, Employees, Other Students, or Third Parties.
  • Confidential Email Reporting: equity@csusm.edu
