Virtual GradFest
Calling all 2021 graduates! Join us for GradFest 2021...virtually!
Virtual GradFest will be hosted on Teams (IT Teams support page) March 10th and 11th, 2021 starting at 11AM.
At GradFest you will have access to our various vendors and purchase all of your graduation needs, including:
- Cap & gown
- Diploma frames
- Graduation announcements
- Kukui nut leis
- College rings
- Join the Alumni Association

You're almost to graduation. Find all you need to celelbrate your accomplishment and prepare for your next step as a Cougar Alumni launching your career.
Schedule
Join the GradFest 2021 Teams on March 10th and 11th! Show off your school spirit by downloading CSUSM virtual backgrounds or the official GradFest virtual background. Instructions on how to add the virtual backgrounds can be found on the CSUSM website. All current graduates will be added to the GradFest Teams page on Tuesday evening (March 9th). Once this has been completed, you will be notified via your CSUSM email. If you do not receive this notification, please email the Commencement Office. The schedule will be updated with the Teams links the night before GradFest.

Individuals who would like to attend this event and have special accommodations, please email the Commencement Office. In the body of your email, please note all special accommodation needs. It is requested that individuals requiring auxiliary aids such as sign language interpreters and alternative format materials notify the event sponsor by March 8th. Every reasonable effort will be made to provide reasonable accommodations in an effective and timely manner. Microsoft Team features that provide accessibility can be found on the Microsoft website as well.

We will randomly pick a few winners from those who attend GradFest sessions through Microsoft Teams.
Download Flat Crash and decorate Crash in regalia. Post to social media and use the hashtag #CSUSMGrad or email the Commencement Office with your entry.
Post to social media a before and after picture and use the hashtag #CSUSMGrad. You may also email the Commencement Office with your entry. It will be fun to see how much our Cougar grads have grown!
The Commencement Office will host on their teams channel (General) on March 10th, 11AM-2PM. The grad who is able to come up with the most items (or answer the questions) will win a prize! In the event of a tie, a CSUSM trivia question will be asked.
