Residential Handbook

Resident Handbook

You will find information about services, facilities, resources, leadership opportunities, procedures, and community guidelines. When you signed your license, you agreed to follow all of the terms and policies outlined in this handbook. Please make sure that you take the time to familiarize yourself with the policies and guidelines outlined in this handbook. Our policies and guidelines have been implemented to respect and protect the rights, privileges and needs of all residents. Some of these will seem obvious to you, others will become clearer as you experience residential living with the many new friends you are going to make. This handbook is your essential guide to on-campus living.

Residential Education Rules and Policies

Additionally, breach of any term(s)/provision(s) of the CSUSM Residential Housing Contract may result in contract cancellation prior to move-in, termination of the contract after move-in, or exclusion from future CSUSM student housing application processes and ability to live in on-campus housing.
