CSUSM Housing Tenant Resources
The Housing Tenant Resource page is the central location to access important information about the operations of the Housing classrooms and retail spaces. This resources page is intended for CSUSM staff and Student Organizations using the spaces within the University Village Apartments and The QUAD.

Parking
The QUAD
CSUSM permits are not valid at the QUAD lot.
CSUSM staff may request a QUAD parking permit.
North City Operators may request a QUAD permit or may park on the 4th floor of the North City parking sturcture. For more details about the parking stucture, contact your general manager or your representative for Sea Breeze Properites, LLC.
University Village Apartments
The University Village Apartments does not have its own lot. Drivers must purchase a permit from CSUSM Parking and Commuter Services and park in the permitted lots.
Work Orders
Please enter any work order through your resident portal for either The QUAD or UVA. You may also come down to the front office of either The QUAD or UVA to report a maintenance issue.
If you have any maintenance requests after hours, that might be deemed an emergency, such as water overflowing/flooding, please call the RA on duty at either (760)750-3733 for The QUAD and (760)750-6400 for UVA. You may also report any issues to the front office at any point during the office hours.
