  • CSUEU and Teamsters employees who only need to work on campus for a portion of the week are eligible for emergency pay for the time worked on campus and will be paid regular pay for the portion of the time that they are able to work remotely.
  • Employees who are unable to work remotely may be eligible for COVID-19 Temporary Paid Administrative Lead (CPAL) or other leave programs. Additional information about CPAL, including the request form, can be found on the HR Services CPAL page

On-Campus Time Reporting for CSUEU and Teamsters Employees:

On-Site Time Reporting Form

  • An On-Site Time Reporting Form must be completed for every CSUEU and Teamsters employee which documents only those days/hours they were assigned to work on campus on or after March 20.
  • Employees that have been assigned to work remotely and have not been scheduled to physically work on campus must obtain their manager's written authorization before performing any work on the campus.
  • MPP's should submit completed and approved On-Site Time Reporting forms to Payroll Services directly.
  • Exempt CSUEU employees: In accordance with Provision 20.37 of the CSUEU CBA, exempt CSUEU employees are to receive 0.50 hours of informal time for every hour worked on campus up to 40 hours per week. Managers should informally track time worked on campus and allow for this time to be taken at a future agreed upon date. Although no documentation needs to be submitted to Payroll for exempt employees, managers should keep a record of the amount of informal time that their employees have accrued.
