MENTAL: Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Series (MBSR)

Mindful CSUSM and the Office of Human Resources are pleased to host a free eight-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course. This highly participatory, practical course includes:

  • Guided instruction in mindfulness meditation practices
  • Gentle stretching and mindful yoga
  • Inquiry exercises to enhance awareness in everyday life
  • Individually tailored instruction

Financial: Fidelity 1:1 Consultations

Fidelity representatives will be on campus holding 1:1 meetings to help guide you through the retirement process. Are you investing properly? Are you on track with your retirement savings? Have these questions and more answered during your consultation.

Nutritional: The Diet Workshop - Facts & Myths
