Stopping a Preventable Killer: Stress Prevention for American Heart Month

Cardiologists from Mount Sinai Hospital have conducted interesting research linking lack of sleep to heart disease. "People who sleep less than 6 hours a night, or have fragmented sleep could be at a higher risk of atherosclerosis [hardening of the arteries]", according to a new study.
