Pop-Up Fitness: Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Vinyasa flow yoga is known to help develop a more balanced body, as well as prevent repetitive motion injuries that can occur if you are always doing the same things. Connecting posture with breath, the linking or "flowing" into postures creates an alignment in the body and mind.
