Change Class Instruction Type

Please fill out this form if you want to change a section going left to right in this pathway:

In Person > Hybrid > Sync > Blended > Async

For example, you can not go from hybrid to in person, nor asynchronous to synchronous.
Also, any changes in times or days have to fit within the currently scheduled times and days - for example, an In Person section with a MW 2:30-3:45 PM meeting pattern, must remain on Monday &/or Wednesday (can cut out a day) between 2:30 and 3:45 PM (can cut out some time) if it changes to a hybrid or a synchronous class. 

ANY changes going right to left or outside the currently schedule days/times will need an Add form filled out for the new section with Associate Dean approval. The original section will be cancelled and students will have enroll themselves into the new section.
