
This Timely Warning Bulletin is being issued in compliance with the Jeanne Clery Act and the purpose is to provide preventative information to the campus community to aid members from becoming the victim of a similar crime.
This evening the CSUSM Clery Office received a report of an alleged rape and an alleged fondling (two separate incidents) that occurred Friday, Sept. 3, 2021 at approximately 12:30 a.m., and Thursday, Oct. 28 at approximately 3:30 a.m. Both incidents occurred at The QUAD.
The male suspect is not a CSUSM student, and was invited to The QUAD for gatherings on both occassions where alcohol was involved. The suspect is estimated to be 19 to 20 years of age.
