The mission of the Master of Public Health Program (MPH) at California State University San Marcos (CSUSM) is to contribute to the building of a diverse professional workforce well prepared to meet the health needs of our 21st Century communities in our global environments. Trained with a focus on community engagement, service learning and research opportunities, our graduates will possess the knowledge and critical thinking skills to address and solve public health issues facing California, our nation and our world.
The California State University of San Marcos Master of Public Health Program will strive to be a thriving public health program known for its academic excellence, innovative and scholarly research, community-based experiential and service learning to communities, and collaborative efforts to promote diversity, wellness, and health information dissemination.
