Purpose and Process

Managers' Award to Staff 

Purpose:

  • Provide FAS managers with an opportunity to publicly recognize staff members for outstanding performance.

Process:

  • Department managers will work with their AVP to determine who they would like nominate
  • Two nominations per department are allowed
  • Nominations are compiled and sent to the FASLC to review with their managers
  • The FASLC will review the nominations during their FASLC meeting to determine the top two awardees
  • The awards are presented during the FAS Division meetings.

Award:

  • Public award for each of the two winners, presented at the FAS division meeting
