Campus Support & Expectations

For general project support please contact Qualtrics' Support Team directly.

IITS Provided Support:

  • Creating a group for a team or division
  • Transfering projects between accounts in the following situations:
    • The project owner has authorized this move of content in writing directly to the qualtrics@csusm.edu email with notes on what projects(s) need to be moved and who the projects should go to
    • A project owner is no longer associated with campus and their project(s) need to be moved to a supervisor's Qualtrics account

IITS cannot/will not do the following:

  • Share/set projects to collaborate for you to another user and/or group
  • Log in as you to make sure a form is set up correctly
