Our group fitness classes will get you moving and keep you coming back. These weekly classes are a great way to keep yourself motivated to keep working out with a group of fun, energetic people!

Fitness Offerings


An amazing aerobic experience, utilizing martial arts based kickboxing techniques to increase muscular strength, cardiovascular conditioning, coordination, and balance. No prior martial arts experience necessary. 

Abs & Arms/Abs & Legs

Focus in on your core strength and stability. This class is total core work, with a specific emphasis on upper or lower body days. Exercises, drills and balance drills to train your inner core. Don’t be afraid to sweat!


Explore Brazilian samba rhythms, learn to swing your hips, and tone your entire body in this fun high-energy class!


Start your morning with a yoga. Experience a variety of postures designed to bring incredible strength, flexibility, and endurance to the body and a sense of stillness to the mind. Yoga is offered 3 different times during the week, M/W 7:30-8:20am, T/Th 12:10-1:00pm, and M/W 6:00-6:50pm.


Indoor Cycling offers a fun, high energy stationary bike workout that enhances cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength.


Capoeira is an African-Brazilian martial art form and game practiced to rhythms played on traditional percussive instruments. Training increases flexibility, strength, and agility. No prior experience needed, all genders welcome.

Circuit Training

Fire up your metabolism with this fun combination workout! Total body workout circuit style.  This class offers stations of cardio, strength, plyometric and core training focus.  Maximize calorie burn and total body training. Uses a combination of various training styles whilst utilizing a range of equipment to ensure you get an intense workout.


CORE DE FORCE™ workouts are broken into 3 rounds- just like a real boxing match. For 3 minutes you will attack Boxing, Kickboxing and Muay Thai combinations. Bodyweight moves and a fat blasting cardio spike in every round. You wont just pummel will exile them.


PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. And, we crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined.

Muay Thai

Muay Thai. It has been around for centuries and a very cultural Martial Art. Muay Thai, also known as “The Art of Eight Limbs”, concepts consist of Punching, kicking, knee strikes, elbow strikes, and stand up grappling ( Clinching). It is an excellent source for self-defense, improving your physical fitness, and strengthens your mind.


Aerobic fitness class featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance. Let loose and have fun!

Cardio Muscle Camp

A high-intensity full-body cardio and strength conditioning class that includes athletic strength training and drills. This full-body workout will burn calories, build strength, and shape and tone your entire body!
