Do you even lift?! Ever wanted to see how much you can bench, or squat, or even deadlift? This series involves 3 separate competitions to test your personal best in each lift! Come out for 1 or all 3!  Each participant will received 2 attempts at there personal best for each lift!

Squat Day: Wednesday, February 21st
Bench Day: Wednesday, March 14th
Deadlift Day: Wednesday, April 18th
