Our group fitness classes will get you moving and keep you coming back. These weekly classes are a great way to keep yourself motivated to keep working out with a group of fun, energetic people!

  • Afro-Brazilian Dance

    Afro-Brazilian Dance is a playful mix of rhythm and dances from Bahia Brazil. Focusing on Afro-contemporary movement centered on Afro-Brazilian cosmology and celebration of life, this high-energy class is a full body cardio workout! 
  • Belly Dancing


    Belly Dancing for fun and fitness, by NewVo Fitness! This class entails a plethora of excitement and educational aspects teaching the art of Belly Dancing! Taught by local, internationally renowned dancer, Sohaila Zyba! This class is a belly dancing inspired fitness program that is founded on dance styles from around the world, with the enhancement of traditional Middle Eastern and Folkloric dance moves. It’s also a pumped-up cardio workout that gets every body feeling super-charged and super-fit! This class fuses traditional dance moves from around the world with popular aerobic moves, mixing exercise and dance with a cultural flair!

  • Body Blast


    Fire up your metabolism with this fun combination workout! Total body workout circuit style. This class offers stations of cardio, strength, plyometric and core training focus.  Maximize calorie burn and total body training. Uses a combination of various training styles whilst utilizing a range of equipment to ensure you get an intense workout.

  • Capoeira

    Is a martial art form that will improve your fitness, coordination, balance, strength and agility, developing mobility through the joints and muscles. Capoeira is about reacting quickly so if you practice this regularly you will build up fast reflexes and many of the moves in the class require taking the body's weight through the hands so will improve your upper body strength.

    CORE DE FORCE™ workouts are broken into 3 rounds- just like a real boxing match. For 3 minutes you will attack Boxing, Kickboxing and Muay Thai combinations. Bodyweight moves and a fat blasting cardio spike in every round. You wont just pummel will exile them.
  • Core N’ More

    Focus in on your core strength and stability. Exercises, drills and balance drills to train your entire core. This class is total core work! 
  • Cycling

    Indoor Cycling offers a fun, high energy stationary bike workout that enhances cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength. Focus is placed on completing long cruise intervals for aerobic endurance, facing stretches of wind resistance, short and long hill climbs, techniques to improve pedal stroke efficiency and building real riding skills. All fitness levels encouraged.

  • HIIT

     A high-intensity full-body cardio and strength conditioning class. This full-body workout will burn calories, build strength, and shape and tone your entire body! Don’t be afraid to sweat with this class!

    INSANITY will have you sweating from beginning to end. Using the principles of Max Interval Training, this class combines bodyweight plyometric and weighted strength movements for a workout that not only helps you burn a maximum amount of calories, but targets all six skill-related fitness components: agility, balance, coordination, speed, power and reaction time. It’s time to get your sweat on!
  • Jazzercise

    Jazzercise is the original dance party workout! Blending dance with Pilates, yoga, kickboxing and strength training, one 50-minute session is bound to torch some calories and so much more!. The results? Long, lean muscles and an undeniable mood boost.

  • Jiu-Jitsu

    This class focuses on learning and applying fundamental techniques of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Students learn and practice submissions, escapes, positioning and self-defense.

  • Kickboxing

    Kickboxing is a group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.
  • Muay Thai

    Muay Thai is referred to as "The Science of Eight Limbs", as the hands, shins, elbows, and knees are all used extensively in this art. Classes focus on personal fitness, kickboxing technique and self defense. You will work on bag and mitt drills, partner drills and sparring as well. 
  • Pilates

    This class offers a workout to not only help you strengthen your core, but to offer relaxation & decrease stress. Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced athlete, you will experience improved posture, a stronger core and the ability to correct muscle imbalances while calming your mind, boosting your self-confidence, and decrease stress.

In this high-energy class you will delve into Brazilian samba rhythms, learn to swing your hips, and tone every muscle of your body.

  • Sculpt

     Fuel your metabolism by strengthening the body’s large muscles to make them leaner and tighter. Broken into an upper body concentration day and lower body concentration day, this high intensity strength training class is guaranteed to make you stronger and more sculpted!
  • STRONG by Zumba®

     Stop counting the reps. Start training to the beat. STRONG by Zumba® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more. In each class you'll burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing. STRONG by Zumba® instructors change up the music and moves frequently to make sure you’re always challenged to the max.
  • Yoga

    Start your day of right with some early morning yoga flow, or break up your day with a relaxing gentle yoga class, or even end your day playing with different poses as you explore your inner self! Experience a variety of postures designed to bring incredible strength, flexibility, and endurance to the body and a sense of stillness to the mind. Yoga is offered 3 different times/days during the semester M/W 7:30-8;20am CFH 113, T/Th 12:10-1pm CFH 113, and M/W 5-5:50pm QUAD Tukwat Classroom.


  • Zumba

    Zumba is perfect for everybody and every body! We mix low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party (with incredibly Latin and world rhythms!). Zumba is a total workout, combining all elements of fitness - cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. No dance experience is needed!
