Details: Join us for an amazing adventure opportunity to explore the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area. We will be spending the weekend at Red Rock Canyon, which is located just a few miles west of Las Vegas and encompasses 195,819 acres within the Mojave Desert. Red Rock Canyon is an area of worldwide geologic interest and beauty because of their uniquely colored rock faces. Professional climbing guides will be teaching us all the climbing basics needed to get us on the red rock faces. This is sure to be a great time to get outside and meet new people. You will not want to miss out! Students will learn and apply the basics of outdoor leadership, stewardship, and environmental responsibilities through Leave No Trace principles.
No climbing experience is required however a fear of heights may inhibit a quality experience.
