Stay Connected. Stay Social!

CSUSM is a place for community... and virtual break rooms!

In the interest of maintaining our culture of connectedness and support (and to have a little fun) Microsoft Teams channels provide a space for our professional Cougars to connect socially around shared interests.

From posting articles and sharing photos to scheduling periodic virtual meetups, these groups provide social interaction and a sense of belonging which strengthen our already vibrant team spirit on campus.

Guidelines

  • Refrain from work-related conversations. This is intended to be a space to step away from work for a moment and connect socially.
  • Although the topics are not work-related, this opportunity is hosted by the Division of Student Affairs and the same work-appropriate dialogue requirements apply as do in work-related meetings.
  • Not that we anticipate a problem due to the stellar work ethic you all display each day, but be sure that interaction in these groups does not interfere with daily productivity.
  • All communications with in Teams must follow the CSUSM Acceptable Use of Information Technology Resource Policies.
