Student Affairs Divisional Message Request

Thank you for sharing your content with the division!

Please submit your message request using the form below by the appropriate deadlines. Messages submitted past the deadline will be held for the next distribution provided the content will still be relevant at that time.

Staff-Focused Content (weekly)

Staff-focused messages to the division are distributed on a weekly basis with the exception of significant campus and divisional announcements. Submit your request by noon on TUESDAY to include your message to the division in the current weekly update sent each Wednesday. Please note that these messages are not distributed to students. For student-focused announcements, please see guidelines for the monthly student-focused messages below.

Aside from sharing informational messages, we also want to see the great work you all are doing! Has your area or a colleague's area done something special or been recognized recently? We want to celebrate with you and say congratulations. Let us know so we can include it in the weekly email!
