What:
Safety, Health & Sustainability is sponsoring an electronic waste recycling event
at Cal State San Marcos. All you need to do is pull up in your car or truck and we’ll
do the rest! You do not have to live in San Marcos to participate. The University, the surrounding community
and local businesses are invited to dispose of old or unwanted electronics in an environmentally
responsible manner. This free event supports the campus’ sustainability commitment.
Many of us have faced the task of either throwing it away in the trash, or putting it away because we didn’t want to pollute the landfills. Well here is your chance to recycle your unwanted electronics with a California Integrated Waste Management Board (CIWMB) Approved Recycler for FREE, and you won’t even need to step out of your car!
