Cross-Cultural Center

The CROSS-CULTURAL CENTER is dedicated to supporting the students of CSUSM. We provide services and implement programs that foster an inclusive environment to encourage full and equal participation of all students. Our dedication to supporting students aligns with the university's commitment to respecting and modeling the diversity of our region within a context of social justice. We seek involvement of all students and welcome suggestions, dialogue, feedback, and opportunities for collaboration.

Services we are committed to:

  • develop programs that educate and spread awareness about social justice and multicultural issues
  • create a community of socially conscious people who actively work toward a more just and equitable world
  • provide support for underrepresented and marginalized groups and individuals within the larger campus community

All students are welcome to come and hang out in the Cross-Cultural Center (C3), located in University Student Union (USU) 3400. C3 is a space where students can relax between classes, browse the multicultural library collection, hold meetings, check email, or access the web on a computer station that has internet access.

Multicultural Programs & the C3 are committed to supporting the California State University San Marcos values, mission and vision while maintaining a welcoming and inclusive environment.
