CHPT

Project Summary: CHPT Construction, Inc. is focusing on strategic planning by creating a business plan and forecasting income statements for 1-year, 3-year, and 5-years. To meet these objectives, a strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) analysis was performed by the team to understand the residential construction industry and CHPT’s operations. The business plan and forecasted income statement revealed that CHPT is a thriving company that would benefit by performing a cost analysis, and continuously revising the business plan and income statement projections to reflect business decisions.
