CSU Shiley Institute for Palliative Care
Project Summary: The team analyzed the current demand of the academic market for the institutes Palliative Care Faculty Toolkit. The team conducted a market assessment that included a pricing model analysis, market/competitor analysis, and research on IP legality of the toolkit. With these findings, the team developed a go-to-market plan for the institute to introduce its product.
