Tri-City Medical Center - SoCal Initiative
Project Summary: Tri-City Medical Center created The SOCAL Initiative which focused on preparing students in North County to participate in the workforce of tomorrow and provide economic empowerment opportunities for their local communities. The team focused on analyzing related projects and identifying which key factors lead to their success. The team delivered a business plan which outlines internal and external frameworks.
