Understanding Your Enrollment Date & Time 

Continuing students are granted access to course enrollment each semester at a specific date and time. Enrollment dates span 2-3 weeks and are ordered according to criteria established by the University. These criteria include, but is not limited to, distance to graduation (i.e., number of units remaining to graduate) and special consideration status (e.g., veteran).

For the Spring 2022 semester, over 16,000 students will enroll over a 10-day period.  Due to the high volume, the University will not consider requests for changes to your assigned enrollment date.

Enrollment Limits

• November 15 - December 19 
  
  • Students may enroll in up to 16 units 
  • Graduating students and veterans may enroll in up to 19 units 
• December 19 - February 4
  • Students may enroll in up to 19 units 

In addition: 

• Students may waitlist up to 10 units 
• Students on Academic Probation may enroll in up to 14 units
