FAS Employee Engagement Survey

The Employee Engagement survey was designed to assess employees' satisfaction with their work environment. CSUSM Finance & Administrative Services (FAS) division has conducted Employee Engagement surveys since 2004 and transitioned to UCSD's Employee Engagement survey in 2016. The goal of the survey is to identify key Strengths (areas where FAS is doing well) and key Opportunities (areas needing improvement).
