HD Faculty:  After meeting with an HD academic advisor, students may consult with department faculty to work on selecting an appropriate choice of elective courses to complement their area of emphasis and career goals.  We are fortunate to have faculty with diverse backgrounds and expertise.  Here are the current faculty advisor assignments:  Dr. Carly Bertrand A-F, Dr. Rafael Hernandez G-L, Dr. Fernando Soriano M-R, Dr. Teru Toyokawa S-Z

HD Alumni Peer Mentoring Program:  The HD Chapter of the CSUSM Alumni Association has several HD graduates who volunteer their time to serve as Peer Mentors.  This is a conderful opportunity for you to connectc with a former student who can share their experiences, both in the program and since they have graduated.

CSUSM Career Center:  The Career center is an excellent resource that is available to you as a CSUSM student.  Their services include resume development, career assessments, graduate school information, workshops, mock interviews, and more.
