LAMP Task Force is holding our first series of campus-wide academic master plan webinars.  In these hour-long sessions we will engage in focused conversations around our academic mission, goals and priorities.  This work will help guide the work of the LAMP Task Force as it builds out a framework for our academic master plan priorities which we will work through the fall. 

The Academic master plan is our collective vision for future directions. It involves not just what programs to offer but how we offer them to meet the needs of students, the surrounding community, and society at large. 

More specifically, the goal of these webinars is to determine:

1. How can CSUSM continue to provide education that enables more undergraduate and graduate students to contribute to our local and global communities?
2. How best can we sustain teaching and research excellence that remains relevant in a rapidly changing world?
3. What should CSUSM be known for? Where do we want to be in 5-10 years?
