MBA Workshop: Managerial Ethics

What is "right" and "proper" and "just" are going to become more important in the future than in the past, particularly as business becomes more global. This workshop goes far beyond the simple questions of bribery, theft and collusion and focuses on the root causes of unethical behavior in relationships with various stakeholders. The most critical issues in managerial ethics are the continual conflict among personal situations, the economic performance of the firm and its social performance. The workshop looks at psychological traps that everyone faces and applies the concepts through cases that look at situations and dilemmas that firms face in the global environment.
