Center for Community Solutions

Center for Community Solutions (CCS) operates the only rape crisis center in the city of San Diego along with a countywide 24-hour bilingual crisis helpline. The nonprofit agency also provides emergency domestic violence shelters, hospital and court accompaniment, as well as legal (including Restraining Order assistance), advocacy and counseling services for those affected by domestic violence and sexual assault.

Additional Restraining Order Assistance

Victims of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault and stalking can apply for a restraining order (Civil or Domestic) at any of the San Diego Superior Court Locations. Free assistance with paperwork preparation is available at many local victim services organizations.
