Veterans to Energy Careers (VTEC)
VTEC is a grant-funded program from the Office of Naval Research, under the Department of the Navy. This national program based at CSUSM helps student veterans translate their military experience into sustainable energy careers through internships and professional development.
Our student-veterans earn placement in an internship and have the opportunity to participate in efforts ranging from cutting edge research to new product development, increasing their chances for full-time civilian employment.
