Student Life & Leadership (SLL) has miscellaneous items that can be loaned only to
Student Organizations for on-campus events. Requests must be submitted to SLL online at least 5 business days in advance of the
event. All items, except for A-frames, are for single day use only. A-frames are available
for up to 2-weeks.
- Items must be returned on time. Items must be picked up and returned during these
allotted hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm.
- The only exception for using items outside of these allotted hours for on-campus events,
would be the attendance of an SLL professional staff member.
- If a SLL professional staff member will be attending the entirety of your event, and
has agreed to assume the responsibility, please select that staff member when you’re
completing the reservation form.
- Student Organization leaders that do not return their items by the identified time
will not be permitted to check out additional items until item(s) have been returned.

a first come first serve basis:
- 6 ft. Tables
- 5 ft. Table
- 4 ft. Tables
- A-frames (2-week limit)
- Sound system
- Extension cords
- Cash boxes/cash bags with locks
