Prior to completing this form, ensure that Presidents and Treasurers meet CSU minimum requirements. Minor student officers must maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA each term, be in good standing with the University, be enrolled in 6 semester units (3 units for graduate students), and have earned a maximum of 150 semester units (50 graduate level units).
To complete the university recognition process, you must complete the below online form, attend SOLC, and submit the following to SLL:
All organizations must use the provided templates to submit the constitution and the membership roster for the 2018-2019 Academic Year.
