The Emerging Leaders program prepares candidates to be transformational leaders with a focus on justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion. There is a high demand for diverse, socially-just leaders at all district levels in San Diego County.
In Spring 2021, engage in 9 days of Equitable Schools Training through the Center for Culturally Proficient Practice. This grant-funded program will provide 5 units of “contract credit,” CSUSM graduate level coursework leading to an MA in Educational Administration and a Preliminary Administrative Services Credential (PASC).
