The primary goal is to connect with, engage, and empower students to become a successful undergraduate. The Success Coach meets regularly with each student that is assigned to them on a bi-weekly basis, where students are encouraged to establish goals, develop objectives and to reach goals with specific academic goals. Success Coaches will also work to connect students to other campus support services and student engagement on campus.
