Director, Safety, Health & Sustainability Services
Ms. Frasca has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of
California, San Diego. She is a certified Chemical Hygiene Officer and has a professional
certificate in Hazardous Materials Management. She has over 23 years of experience
in the Risk Management, Environmental and Safety disciplines. Prior to her engagement
in this field she worked as a biomedical researcher for the San Diego Zoo and in Biotechnology.
Regina held positions in her field with UCSD, The Scripps Research Institute, UCLA,
and the San Diego Zoo Institute for Conservation Research.
Since 1998, Ms. Frasca has worked in various positions within Risk Management & Environmental, Health and Safety at CSU San Marcos where she has been in her present position as Director of Safety, Health & Sustainability for seventeen years. As Director she has several disciplines reporting to her including: Sustainability, Occupational Safety, Environmental Compliance, Biological Safety, Radiation Safety, Risk Management, Workers Compensation and Hazardous Materials & Waste programs.
