Our Teams

Computer Refresh/Asset Management:

  • Asset management is an important function on campus.  Our staff record, track, and audit all campus computers for reporting and planning purposes.

Classroom Systems Support (x8651):

  • Our classroom team is critical to keeping technology running in the classrooms. Run by a mix of full-time staff and student assistants, this team aims to provide rapid response to classroom requests in addition to maintenance and upgrades throughout the campus.

Faculty & Staff Help Desk (760.750.4790):

  • Operated by full-time staff, our staff support all faculty and staff offices throughout the campus.  This team offers support for a variety of technology, software, and hardware provided via the Technology Refresh Program.

Student Technology Help Desk (760.750.4790):

  • The student technology is student-run, and is a central hub for students to seek support for a variety of technology needs, such as the accessign email, cougar courses, and resetting your password.

  • As technology rapidly shifts, our staff strive to provide in-person training for frequently-used applications.  Opportunities for training can be found on the training page.

Kellogg 2000 - The Technology Learning Center
The TLC is open 24 hours beginning at 10AM Sunday through 5pm Friday during the Fall and Spring semesters.  Please refer to the Library operational hours for additional information.
