CSUSM strives to celebrate, embrace and promote all cultures. With this in mind, we’re fortunate to have the following organizations who do an excellent job supporting students as they continue in their educational endeavors.
Many members of the CSU community are concerned about immigration enforcement actions occurring across the country and have asked about the possibility that enforcement actions could occur at a CSU campus. This set of FAQs provides guidance for how employees should respond in such a situation.
Faculty Staff Associations
Asian Pacific Islander Faculty Staff Association (APIFSA) promotes professional development of Asians and Pacific Islanders on campus by fostering fellowship and cooperation among it's members.
Black Faculty & Staff Association (BFSA) promotes awareness of the black culture and focuses on the success of our black students.
Latino Association of Faculty & Staff (LAFS) promotes the Latino culture on our campus and throughout our communities.
Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer/Questioning, Ally Faculty & Staff Association (LGBTQA FSA) addresses the needs of Lesbians, Gays, Bisexuals, Transgendered People, Queer People, and Allies (LGBTQA) on campus.
