Curriculum
This community engagement, leadership program is 10-month experience for professionals interested in learning more about the application of their leadership skills. The program is issue-based, meaning that each monthly seminar will focus on an issue and examine it from multiple perspectives. Through a series of speakers, tours and exercises, participants will gather a variety of information about the subject, synthesize it through group discussion and wrestle with the question, "what do we do now?"
Meeting Dates and Times:
Leadership North County meets the third Thursday of each month for a period of ten months. The day begins at 8:00 a.m. and ends no later than 5:00 p.m. each month.
