Speaker and Vocalist Application

Become a Speaker

Your 2-3 minute speech should address your graduating class and touch on the overall CSUSM experience. You're encouraged to submit a video of yourself reciting your speech. Selected speakers may have their speeches edited for length and clarity.

You may view videos from previous ceremonies for examples.

 

CEHHS Vocalist


Perform as a Vocalist

Vocalists will perform "America the Beautiful" to open the ceremony.

Please sing two verses (of your choice) and the chorus, acappella (without instrumental accompaniment), in your video submission.

 

Apply For Fall Commencement

The Fall 2025 Speaker and Vocalist application is due by Nov. 1, 2025 (11:59  p.m.). If you have any questions, please email the Commencement Office. 

Fill out the speaker and vocalist form
