Embark on a fun outdoor adventure with us as we delve into the natural beauty of Coronado Island. The journey kicks off on a Friday, with a scenic drive leading us over the bridge and to the picturesque island. Get ready for a 2.5-hour bike ride along the enchanting Silver Strand bike path, where the stunning coastal views and refreshing sea breeze will accompany us on our ride.

Following the bike ride, you'll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the wonders of nature. Explore the tide pools and discover unique marine life that inhabits this coastal ecosystem. As the day unfolds, the group will enjoy some leisure time to wander through the charming downtown area of Coronado.

All University programs require student participants to follow standards of the CSUSM Student Code of Conduct in order to ensure a safe, respectful learning environment.  As the Policy states, “The University is committed to maintaining a safe and healthy living and learning environment for students, faculty, and staff. Each member of the campus community should choose behaviors that contribute toward this end. Students are expected to be good citizens and to engage in responsible behaviors that reflect well upon their university, to be civil to one another and to others in the campus community, and contribute positively to student and university life.”

Failure to abide by these standards could result in becoming ineligible to participate in Outdoor Adventure programs indefinitely and a referral to the Dean of Students Office."
