Center for Research & Engagement in STEM Education

The Center to Research and Engagement in STEM Education (CRESE) is dedicated to enriching, enhancing, and supporting STEM education. We aim to improve educational outcomes in the region by engaging K-12 students and teachers. Further, we are committed to generating new knowledge related to STEM education practices through research.

During the 2022-23 academic year, CRESE engaged with thousands of youth throughout North County San Diego! While also impacting CSUSM undergraduates, a combination of CRESE STEM Ambassadors and service learning students from the School of Education.
