Student Technology Help Desk

The Student Technology Help Desk is here to support technology-related needs for Cal State San Marcos students. Most commonly asked questions are answered within these pages, but we have employees on staff 56 hours a week (during the regular semesters) to answer your questions.  Whenever possible, we will resolve your issue on the first call. If we cannot fix your issue immediately, we will generate a Help Desk ticket and assign it to another member of the IITS staff.
