Building knowledge and skills in serious illness care

Palliative Care Conversations
Palliative Care Conversations is a virtual supportive learning series that builds community while exploring topics related to the field and practice of palliative care.
The series moves beyond the traditional online presentation (webinar) format by combining expert learning with peer connection and reflective discussion. By not only learning from subject matter experts but engaging with them and their peers, attendees become part of a community that supports collaboration as well as learning and professional development.
