Agreement Required Materials

Groups are required to review the documents listed below and provide necessary documentation in order for your summer conference agreement to be considered fully executed :

Emergency Preparedness Guidelines for Summer Conferences

The CSUSM Emergency Preparedness Guidelines were created in conjunction with the University Police Department Emergency Management team to ensure every Group and their attendees are prepared in the event of an emergency. 

NOTE: The responsibility of attendees including up-to-date rosters, medical release forms remain the sole responsibility of the contracted main contact for each Group.
