Participation Form

Congratulations on graduating from CSUSM!!

If you are planning to participate in the commencement ceremonies please fill out this Participation Form by April 15, 2014.

Please note:  This does not take the place of "applying for graduation" through Registration and Records.  You still must apply to graduate through Registration and Records in order to receive your diploma and be listed in the Commencement program.

There are no tickets issued for this event.  Seating is on a first come first serve basis and very limited. Typically, guests at ceremonies include immediate family only (10 or fewer) and the extended family/friends attend a gathering following the ceremony.  We will have a live streaming video of each ceremony for your extended family to view from home.  If our numbers get too high, we will be forced to issue tickets. 

Commencement ceremony times are pre assigned.  You DO NOT get to choose which ceremony you participate in.  See ceremony breakdown for your correct time.

Some of the information submitted will be shared with our commencement photographer, diFranco Photography and our CSUSM Alumni Association.
