Union Dues Reduced by 10%
The Union Board of Directors approved this action at the June 2009 Board meeting, and headquarters has taken the necessary steps to ensure that employees' first paycheck reflects this decrease. This will have an impact the CSUEU statewide budget, but the board believes that it is absolutely necessary even though it is not required under the law.
Union Headquarters has notified the Board of Directors that it is possible that delays by the campuses in "keying" in the salary information could lead to some of these decreases not taking effect until the second pay period; if this happens, employees will see two deductions on the second paycheck.

Cost-Savings Feedback Form: Input Needed
The CSUEU is interested in hearing your suggestions or feedback regarding cost-saving measures the campus could take to offset some of the deficit. The form below is provided to gather these ideas, large or small, and bundle them up for CSUEU officer review. The officers will then provide a voice for the ideas and see if they can find focus with the campus administration. Please use the following link and log in with your regular campus ID and password. http://lynx.csusm.edu/csueu/
