Scheduling Information for On Campus Departments and Student Organizations

Event and Conference Services is now accepting Event Requests from the 25Live Event Portal for 2014.

Please view CSUSM's Academic Calendar to avoid potential scheduling conflicts and holidays.

Note- Due to the add/drop period during each semester--No classrooms or computer labs will be scheduled for meetings/events until after the 3rd week of academic classes (with the exception of U-Hour on Tuesdays & Thursdays).

All requests for classrooms and computer labs not during U-Hour will not be assigned until after that period and will remain as tentative, unassigned requests.

Plan accordingly during the First 3 weeks of the academic term, by hosting your event in a conference room or at The Clarke until classroom space can be scheduled.


Priority Scheduling for Student Events at The M.Gordon Clarke Field House/University Student Union

The M. Gordon Clarke Field House/University Student Union is a student supported building and student sponsored /student attended events are given priority scheduling of the facility.

**M. Gordon Clark Field House Summer Schedule for 2012
Summer priority Scheduling for student events: March 1-14th, 2012
Non Student Events will start March 15th.

During the priority scheduling period, student organizations will be allowed to schedule a maximum of two (2) scheduled priority events per semester and one (1) monthly reoccurring meeting. Additional requests may be submitted after the priority scheduling period has ended, with the exception of the Grand Salon. As the largest programmable (turn-key) space in the building, the scheduling entity may only request one additional reoccurring monthly meeting to take place in the Grand Salon per semester.
