Online Course Help Form

[CSUSM Home] [CSUSM Search] [Help for this Site]
Page Last Revised on 06/14/2001

Before you fill out this form, please read the following frequent requests:

1.  Can you log into WebCT, but you just cannot see your course?  Email your instructor to gain access to your course instead of filling out this form.

2.  Do you get an error when you log into WebCT?  Make sure you are typing in the correct username and password (remember, it's your CSUSM network id and it is CASE SENSITIVE!).  If you are still getting an error message, fill out this form.

3.  Are you trying to take a quiz or post something to the discussion board and it's not appearing?  If you have a popup blocker installed, you need to disable before you can take a quiz or post to the discussion board.

If you don't see your request here, you can also check our Frequently Asked Questions for WebCT at http://courses.csusm.edu/resources/students/faq/studentfaq.htm
